Service Intervals

10-Hour / Daily

  • Fuel Tank: Check and fill as necessary — keep tank full to prevent condensation
  • Primary Fuel Filter (Diesel): Inspect agglomerator bowl for water — drain if present(Water in fuel will damage injection pump and injectors)
  • Fuel Sediment Bowl (Gas): Check for water and sediment — clean as necessary

500-Hour

  • Primary Fuel Filter (Diesel): Replace filter element and air-bleed the fuel system

750-Hour / Annual

  • Carburetor (Gas): Drain fuel and sediment from bowl — clean and adjust
  • Secondary Fuel Filter (Diesel): Replace filter element and air-bleed the fuel system

Fuel System

Gasoline

Gravity flow. Carburetor idle mixture approx. 1 to 1-1/4 turns open. Fixed non-adjustable main jet.

Diesel

Pressure-fed. CAV DPA injection pump. Two full-flow filters with replaceable elements. Static timing 26° BTDC.
