The MF 50 uses a cartridge-type oil filter inside a canister housing on the engine block.
Diesel (Perkins A3.152): OEM 837595M91 (also 1851766M1). Same element as MF 35, MF 65, MF 135, and MF 165 diesel.
Gas (Continental Z134): Uses the same canister housing and cartridge element.
Oil capacity: 5.7 litres (6 US qt) diesel, 4.7 litres (5 US qt) gas.
Change every 100 hours. Inspect canister O-ring at each change.
